EPA and HHS Hold Roundtable on PFAS Remediation

Administrator Zeldin has been overseeing efforts to remove the long-lasting chemicals from the water supply.

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin is hosting a roundtable on Monday with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., on PFAS remediation.

The EPA stated that Administrator Zeldin would “make a major announcement on the Trump administration’s ongoing efforts to combat per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).“

President Trump’s administration has been implementing strategies to remove the so-called “forever chemicals“ from the nation’s water supply. The EPA is also working on the most effective way to detect and measure PFAS.

Administrator Zeldin stated, “We are tackling PFAS from all of EPA’s program offices, advancing research and testing.“

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For Administrator Zeldin as he seeks to improve and increase the remediation of long-lasting chemicals in the nation’s environment.
  • For Secretary Kennedy as he collaborates with the EPA on strategies to support the health of the American public
